The IILD has announced the completion of the design of its flagship intervention, the Trade Health
Education and Microfinance Programme (THEMP).
The IILD will be providing up to $20m in capacity development for each participating country in
the AU States under its Trade Health Education and Microfinance Programme (THEMP).
Under the Trade, Health, Education and Microfinance Programme (THEMP), the IILD is expected to field
the largest number of volunteers to ever work on a single development programme.
